By using any services offered by 'Dcards.in', you represent and warrant that you meet the criteria mentioned above, and that you will not use Dcards.in services in any way that violates any laws or regulations.
The above criteria may be updated at any time by 'Dcards.in'. We also reserve the right to change our services or any feature of the services at any time. Any such change will be updated on the website and/or notification will be sent to your last registered email address with us. The modified policy will come into effect next day from the update and notification. In case you do not wish to continue'Dcards.in' Services please initiate the termination of your account by writing to us from your registered Email ID.
The Term begins when you sign up for 'Dcards.in' and continues as long as you use the Service. If you sign up for Dcard.in on behalf of an Enterprise or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Dcards.in reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts of any users at any time at our sole discretion.
For any reason if you wish to close your account with Dcards.in, you may do so by sending us an email from your registered email id. To avoid incurring any recurring costs it is advisable to follow the proper procedure and ensure proper closure of your account and termination of this contract.
No refunds are provided.
Based on the type of subscription you registered for, the account would expire and lapse. (Dcards.in) is not responsible for any consequences of the discontinuity. However, you would be sent alerts via email to your registered email ID about the expiry and you are expected to extend your subscription to keep your cards live. Lifetime means 5 years access only without renewal charges after that you have to pay renewal charges according to plan. If you required new features except your plan then you have to pay extra charges.
We may change our fees at any time by posting a new pricing structure to our Website and/or sending you a notification by email. If the fees structure changes, your current plan will continue till expiration and/or you will be provided with an option to upgrade.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume full responsibility for any loss that results from your use of the Website and the Services, including any downloads from the Website. We and our Team would not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages under any circumstances, even if they are based on negligence or we have been advised of the possibility of those damages. No any liability for all claims made about the Services.
We and our Team are not responsible for the behavior and actions of any advertisers, linked websites, or other Members.
Proprietary Rights Owned by You
You represent and warrant that you either own or have permission to use all of material you upload. You retain ownership of the materials you upload to Dcards.in and will make sure that you will not upload any un-authorised or harmful content. We may use or disclose your materials only as we describe in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
To the extent authorized by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quancore Softech, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys fees, resulting directly or indirectly from or arising out of (a) your violation of the Terms, (b) your use of any of the Services, and/or (c) the Content you make available on any of the Services.
DCards assures quality and timely delivery of its services as the services are designed. The clients can start using DCards Services once the payment as agreed in the contract has been made.
